Sapper 21126136, 28 Field Engineer Regiment, Royal Engineers. Placed on seriously ill list with severe shell wounds to both Legs, scrotem, abdomen, right hand and forehead 5 June 1953, died of those wounds 6 June 1953. Aged 20. Born 24 April 1933. Son of Mrs M. W. Bck, c/o 2 Harlow Road, Moreton near Ongar, Essex. Enlisted 1 September 1947 in Preston. Buried 15 June 1953 in UN MEMORIAL CEMETERY, TANGGOK, Pusan, Korea. Plot 39. Row 11. Grave 3444. Details appeared in The Times 27 June 1953.
