The Ardley and Fewcott war memorial is located within St Mary's Church, Ardley, on the north wall of the nave. It takes the form of a wall mounted oak framed, plain oak board, with hand painted gold coloured inscription and two columns of names. All lettering and numerals shadow-painted in black. There are eight names for World War 1 and three for World War 2.

ELLIOTT	William	Private 52649, Devonshire Regiment transferred to 99146, 166th Company, Labour Corps. Died in United Kingdom 28th October 1918. Aged 32. Born Addersbury (sic), enlisted Oxford, resident Oxford. Son of William and Betsy Elliott, of Fewcott, Oxon. Formerly 37528, Worcestershire Regiment. Buried in Fewcott All Saints Churchyard. Oxon
GIBBARD	Bernard [Kenneth]	Private 46937, 3rd Battalion, Worcestershire Regiment. 74 Brigade. 25th Division Army. Killed in action 17 April 1918 during the first battle of Kemmel Ridge. Aged 20. Born and residenr Ardley, Oxon, enlisted Oxford. Son of Richard and Helen Gibbard of Ardley. In the 1901 census he was aged 2, born Ardley, Oxfordshire, son of Richard and Helen Gibbard, resident Ardley, Bicester, Oxfordshire. In the 1911 census he was aged 12, born Ardley, Bicester, Oxfordshire, at school, son of Richard and Helen Gibbard, resident Ardley, Bicester, Oxfordshire. No known grave. Commemorated on Tyne Cot Memorial, Zonnebeke, West-Vlaanderen. Belgium. Panel 75 to 77.
HOLLIS	Fred	Private L/17258, Middlesex Regiment, Died 22nd November 1918. Aged 29. Son of John and Elizabeth Hollis; husband of Edith Maud Hollis, of "Fritwell," East St., Banbury. Born at Somerton, Banbury. Buried in Fewcott All Saints Churchyard. Oxon
JUDGE	Ronald [Melville]	Private 4682, 9th Battalion, Royal Warwickshire Regiment. Killed in action in Mesopotamia 5th April 1916. Aged 22. Born Ardley, enlisted Winchester, Hampshire, resident Bicester. Son of Charles Henry and Mary Hannah Judge, of Ardley, Bicester, Oxon. No known grave. Commemorated on Basra War Memorial, Iraq. Panel 9.
MAY	Howard [Stanley ]	Private 200931, 2nd/4th Battalion, Oxford and Bucks Light Infantry. Killed in action 22nd August 1917. Aged 21. Enlisted Oxford, resident Bicester. Son of Thomas and Elizabeth Hannah May, of Baynard's Green, Bicester, Oxon. No known grave. Commemorated on Tyne Cot Memorial, Zonnebeke, West-Vlaanderen. Belgium. Panel 96 to 98.
MAY	William [Clarence]	Probably: Second Lieutenant, 1st/5th Battalion, Northumberland Fusilier. Died 26th October 1917. Aged 25. Son of Thomas and Elizabeth Hannah May, of Baynard's Green, Bicester, Oxon. No known grave. Commemorated on Tyne Cot Memorial, Zonnebeke, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Panel 19 to 23 and 162.
MITCHELL	Albert [Edward]	Private 48542, 5th Battalion, Princess Charlotte of Wales's (Royal Berkshire Regiment). Killed in action 26th August 1918. Born Fringford, enlisted Warwick, resident Bicester. Formerly 40435, Someset Light Infantry. Buried in Peronne Road Cemetery, Maricourt, Somme, France. Ploy IV. Row D. Grave 16.

JAYCOCK	Ronald	Private 5382690, 4th Battalion, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry. Died 19th May 1940. Aged 18. Son of Mrs. E. N. Collins, of Fewcott, Oxfordshire. Buried in Tournai Communal Cemetery Allied Extension, Belgium. Plot VI. Row A. Grave 5.
