Northamptonshire. Injured at St. Pancras Station; died same day
at Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Hospital. Buried in ST. PANCRAS, METROPOLITAN
BOROUGH, Civilian War Dead. |

Died 3rd August 1942 at Ann's Pantry, Central Chambers, Wellingborough where she was temporary cook-helper. Aged 58. Resident of 74 Henshaw Road. Wife of Pte. James O'Hara, The Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Regiment. A Dornier, being chased by Spitfires, unleashed its bomb load on Wellingborough in the early eveing of the 3rd August 1942,injuring several and killing 6 peopel. The Dornier was shot down by the Spitfires. See Newspaper Article |

Injured 3rd August 1942 at High Street, Wellingborough; died at General Hospital. Aged 10. Son of Harry and Lily Shaw, of 270 High Street, Aldeburgh, Suffolk. A Dornier, being chased by Spitfires, unleashed its bomb load on Wellingborough in the early eveing of the 3rd August 1942,injuring several and killing 6 peopel.
