HOPER	Arthur	Private S/9594, 2nd Battalion The Buffs (East Kent Regiment). Killed in action 3rd May 1915. Aged 22. Born and resident Dymchurch, enlisted Lydd. Son of Richard and Mary Ann Hoper, of Rock Cottage, High St., Dymchurch. Commemorated on YPRES (MENIN GATE) MEMORIAL, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Panel 12 and 14.
PULLEE	William	Private G/5108, 6th Battalion, The Buffs (East Kent Regiment). Killed in action 13th October 1915. Aged 39. Born Hadlow, enlisted New Romney, resident St Mary's, Romney Marsh. Son of the late Mrs. Eliza Pullee. Commemorated on LOOS MEMORIAL, Pas de Calais, France. Panel 15 and 19.
WHITEHEAD	Archibald [Sidney]	Private T/1167, 1st/5th Battalion, The Buffs (East Kent Regiment). Killed in action 7th January 1916. Aged 19. Born and resident St Mary's, New Romney, enlisted New Romney. Son of Benjamin George and Harriet Whitehead, of St. Marys, New Romney. Buried in AMARA WAR Cemetery, Iraq. Plot XXXI. Row D. Grave 11.
