The memorial is located in St John the Baptist Church, Church Street, Woodhurst and takes the form of a white marble tablet. Only those from World War 1 are recorded of which there are four names. The memorial was unveiled 1920.

Private 40021, 1st Battalion, Leicestershire Regiment. Killed in action 30 November 1917. Born Islington, Middlesex, resident Woodhurst, Hunts, enlisted Huntingdon. In the 1911 census he was the son of Snarey and arah Ding, single, aged 21, bor Barnsbury, London, a Labourer on a farm, resident The Three Horse Shoes, Church Street, Woodhurst, Huntingdonshire. Buried in MARCOING COMMUNAL CEMETERY, Nord, France. Grave lost. Special Memorial.

Frederick [Charles]
Private 37979, 1st/4th Battalion, Princess Charlotte of Wales's (Royal Berkshire Regiment) formerly 37226, Bedfordshire Regiment. Killed in action 12 March 1918. Aged 19. Born and resident Woodhurst, Hunts, enlisted Bedford. Son of Richard and Charlotte Furness, of Woodhurst, Huntingdon. Buried in GIAVERA BRITISH CEMETERY, ARCADE, Italy. Plot 2. Row D. Grave 10.

Private 269786, 2nd/7th Battalion, Sherwood Foresters (Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Regiment). Killed in action 26 September 1917. Born St. Ives, Hunts, resident Earith, Hunts, enlisted Huntingdon. No known grave. Commemorated on TYNE COT MEMORIAL, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Panel 99 to 102.

Private 33803, 1st/7th Battalion, Duke of Wellington's (West Riding Regiment). Killed in action 11 October 1918. Born King's Ripton, Hunts, resident Woodhurst, Hunts, enlisted Huntingdon. No known grave. Commemorated on VIS-EN-ARTOIS MEMORIAL, Pas de Calais, France. Panel 6.
