Valentine BRIDGE	Private, 30221, 14th Bn., Royal Warwickshire Regiment who was killed in action on Sunday, 3rd September 1916. Age 26. Born Stanwick, Northants, enlisted Peterborough. Son of Thomas and Georgina Bridge, of High St., Catworth, Hunts. Formerly 1701, Hunts Cyclist Battalion. Commemorated on Thiepval Memorial, Somme, France. Pier and Face 9 A 9 B and 10 B
Joseph LUMBERS	Private, 23778, 8th Bn., Bedfordshire Regiment who was killed in action on Friday, 15th September 1916. Age 23. Born and resident Catworth, enlisted Bedford. Son of John and Elizabeth Lumbers, of Molesworth, Huntingdon. Buried in Serre Road No.2 Cemetery, Somme, France. Grave XXXVIII. G. 3.
Leonard Austin COE	Private, 818, 28th Bn., Australian Infantry, A.I.F who died on Sunday, 5th November 1916. Age 29. Son of Peter and Deborah Ellen Coe, of Catworth, Hunts. Commemorated on Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, Somme, France.
Harry MOBBS	Private, 27581, 8th Bn., Bedfordshire Regiment who was killed in action on Thursday, 19th April 1917. Age 38. Born Long Stow, enlisted Bedford, resident Catworth. Son of Samuel Mobbs. Commemorated on Loos Memorial, Pas de Calais, France. Panel 41
Arthur NICKERSON	Acting Bombardier, 86965, 4th Bde., Canadian Field Artillery who died on Friday, 27th April 1917. Aged 24. Buried in Bois-Carre British Cemetery, Thelus, Pas de Calais, France. Grave III. E. 6.
Arthur NICHOLSON	Private, 202376, 4th Bn., Royal Welsh Fusiliers who was killed in action on Sunday, 3rd June 1917. Age 20. Born and enlisted Catworth. Son of Mr. and Mrs. William Nicholson, of Station Rd., Catworth, Huntingdon. Formerly 26093, Bedfordshire Regiment. Commemorated in Bedford House Cemetery, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Enclosure No.4 Special Memorial 39.
Ralph Reader COE	Gunner, 3rd Battalion, New Zealand Field Artillery. Died Wednesday, 20th June 1917. Aged 39. Son of John and Elizabeth Coe, of 21, Ripton St., Merivale, Christchurch, New Zealand. Native of Irwell, Canterbury, New Zealand. Buried in Brookwood Military Cemetery, Surrey. Grave VIII. D. 8.
Edward Charles LUMBERS	Private, 39287, 6th Bn., Royal Berkshire Regiment who was killed in action on Friday, 12th October 1917. Aged 22. Born and resident Catworth enlisted Huntingdon. Formerly 1532, Hunts Cyclist Battalion. Commemorated on Tyne Cot Memorial, Zonnebeke, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Panel 105 to 106 and 162
Walter KINGSWELL	Able Seaman, Hawke Battalion, Royal Naval Division, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve. Died Monday, 5th November 1917. Aged 22. Son of Charles H. Kingswell, of Chapel Yard, Catworth, Huntingdon. Buried in Dozinghem Military Cemetery, Poperinge, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Grave XIV. A. 14. Joined Hawke Bn. BEF 2/9/17 ex-290348 Pte. 2/1st Huntingdonshire Cyclist Bn. Enl: 15/11/15. DOW in 61st CCS Born 1/1/1894. Son of Charles Kingswell, of Chapel Yard, Catworth, Huntingdon.
Albert Edward BAKER	Private, 203414, 7th Battalion, Royal Warwickshire Regiment. Died at home 31st March 1918. Aged 22. Enlisted Huntingdon, resident Catworth. Formerly 1531, Hunts Cyclist Battalion.
John CHAMBERLAIN	Private, 33165, 21st Battalion, Middlesex Regiment. Died of wounds Tuesday, 23rd April 1918. Aged 38. Born Steeple Gidding, enlisted and resident Finchley, Middlesex. Husband of May Chamberlain, of 15, Church St., Rushden, Northants. Buried in Les Baraques Military Cemetery, Sangatte, Pas de Calais, France. Grave III. E. 5.

Richard Melville TUKE

Captain,Royal Marines Group M.N.B.D.O.(L)., who died on Friday, 18th February 1944. Age 28. Son of Ray Melville Tuke and Hilda Tuke, of Catworth, Huntingdonshire. Died in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Buried in (Liveramentu) Cemetery, Sri Lanka. Grave 2 N. 10.
