1915. Only child of Joseph and Sarah Mason Barber (nee Goacher).
Born c1894 (as census, birth record not proven), Marple CHS, enlisted
Derby and resident Rowsley. Commemorated Helles Memorial. Panel

Ricketts (nee Wain) of Rowsley. Born 11th November 1918, enlisted
1939 and commissioned 1944. Commemorated Sondeled (Indre) Churchyard.
